Beverly Hills Office Operating Principal Paul Morris announced a new training program for agents at Keller Williams Realty. Realtor and Associate Team Leader Jeff Yarbrough was chosen to develop and launch the new program which pairs new agents with experienced mega-agents in order to aid them in building their businesses. “It’s all about giving the new agents on-the-job training,” says Morris. “Jeff headed a similar program at Sotheby’s International Realty and we are lucky enough to have him here now and to gain from his vast experience.”

“I’ve always loved teaching as much as selling,” says Yarbrough. “Now I get to do both!” The mentorship program will augment Keller Williams’ existing education department, also run by Yarbrough.
